Another Account of the Affair.
Recently we published an account of an ingident at Swatow in which it was stated that some of the sampan men at that port had refused to let their craft be used in an endeavour to obtain a doctor to attend the third engineer of the str. Hainwah, who was lying on the vessel acriously ill. The following report made by the master of the Hsinwab has been supplied to the N. C. D. Newsx.
