The first case to be disposed of was that of a Chinese charged with possession of a revolver in Mongkok Road, where, when searched he attempted to escape. A representative of about persons having claims against the bank of a total of over $100,000, suggested that the affairs of the Wing Hing Bank be managed by the creditors, on application to the receiving officer, and a committee be appointed by the creditors to assist him to li quidate its affairs, provided the bank supplied the creditors a list of its abilites and assets. This way would save a lot of expenses and time. ⠀⠀⠀
