The chairman recorded a hearty vote of thanks for the hard work carried out by Mr. J. B. Hamilton.

Club House Extension. There was one point which had cropped up, said the chairman, at the last meeting, and that was the question of the extension of the club house. It would be extended about six feet towards the playing pitch and would cost from $200 to. $300. He would like to hear some remarks as to the feasibility of the proposed extension.

Mr. Jordaln asked if it would not be possible to, obtain permission from the Government to erect a [permanent stand.

The chairman said that he was on the sports ground committee and believed there was no possibility of getting permission until Morrison Hill was entirely removed. "
