Theodore Koulieff and Boris Vasoff, the President and Vice-President respectively of the Bulgarian Sobranje, who are visiting Paris in connection with the Decorative Arts Exhibition. The parliamentarians managed to take refuge in a motor bus which the assailants rushed. The police 'were compelled to draw their revolvers when the situation became, threatening.
