As regards shareholders who take advantage of these extended times the new shares allotted to them will rank for dividend as from the 1st October, 1925, in rospect of halfTO LET-2 newly-constructed the nominal value thereof and as. from the 1st January, 1926, in res pect of the full nominal value thereof.
Any shareholder who makes pay ment prior to the duo date will be allowed interest at 7% per annum on the amount paid by him from the date of payment until the due date.
This notice will not affect thoso shareholders who make payment so the original dates le, as regards the first instalment on the 30th June, and as regards the second instalment on the 20th September.
