The fair and bazaar of St, Staphen's College, which is being held to-morrow and on Saturday promises to be of unusual attractiveness. It is in aid of the fund for the new College building, and a great deal of hard work has been put in by those responsible for the arrangemente, The function will take place in the grounds and the great hall of the University, Sir Cloud Seyorn performing the opening ceremony at 3 p.m. to-morrow and Mrs. Chow Shou son officiat- ing on Saturday at the same hour. Sir Henry Pollock is the chairman for both days.
