Briedy Mr. Kobewall's address was to the effect that he was deeply interested in physical| culture, and whenever

emphasise the importance of this form of training. He was sorry he had neglected physical training when young and never regrotted it more than after he had entered public service, which called for vigour of mind and of body. He felt he would be a better man had he taken a sound physical training| when young. He sincerely hoped young Chinese would avail them- selves of the facilities provided by the Chin Woo Association, for only ahealthy race, made a strong country. (Applause.)
