GERMAN PACT PROPOSALS.

Warsaw, March 27. As was expected in view of Poland's vital concern in the German Pact proposals, Mr. Chamberlain's speech has aroused the keenest interest. While his emphasis on Poland's growing importance in Europe is welcomed, the conviction, attributed to Mr. Chamberlain, that should Germany renounce her aspiration to change the Western frontier, she will later adopt an identical attitude in respect of the Eastern, is disputed, the newspapers believing that Germany i trying to separate the two problems in view of having a fever hand to deal with the Eastern border. The Rosta Agency announces that M. Kozlov, the lender of the Mongolian and Tibetan expedition; started on the 26th for Mon- golla, accompanied by M. Prezevalsky, the grandson of the celebrated Russian explorer. M. Kozlov will direct the further operations of his expedition which in already in Mongolia.
