FORTUGUESE AIRMEN AT SHANGHAI:ta recent Sunday afternoon an enjoyable garden party was given at the Lustiano Club in honour of the thres Portuguese airman who were passing througts Shanghai on their way home. The grounds.of the Club were specially decorated for the occasion with Verettan poles round which were draped tha Portuguese colours, and from which were hung shields bearing the names of the twenty-four towns at which the airmen had landed on the flight from Lisbon to Macao.. During the alternoon geven little girls performed an aviation dance with aeroplanes, after which tea and refreshments were served..
