'YADIL' ANTISEPTIC
is already used by a large number of people in China, Straits Settlements, Indi, Ceylon and Burmah. But it is only recently that production has made it possible to spare a fair quantity for export, hence this message.
INTRODUCED _my_antiseptic, 'Yadil," to the British Medical Profession on the 16th November, 1916-more than seven years ago. Today it is recoenised as the ideal antiseptic rought for by Lord Lister. 'Yadil" is entirely of hannless vectable origin, its active principle being _natural_essential oil of garlic. It contains no ahimal or mineral matter whatever. It is abso- lutely safe to swallow at all ages, from birth to old age, and to apply_to_sores_and_wounds, which it heals promptly.
For 'successful television, tho only picture available is that of the ordinary field of vision, or su Image of it in light and shade thrown by tenses on to a screen, The selenium cell methods, it will be observed, do not roquirei actual contact with the picture, as a beam of light forms the medium between the picture screen and tho coll, and this may bo readily awapt over every noint of the picture, in turn, by moans uf oscillating and rotating mirrors, as employed in Langor's system and in the early arrungo- nont of NisUA.

Tho subst- ance has, however, proved oap- able of responding, in some de- gres, to light variations of 10,000 por second, so that this limitation does not nocemarily precludo tho attainment of successful results.
One favourablo prospect of Miccoss appears therefore to bo offered by the use of a number of Kolonium colls, each dealing with light from a separato zono. of the ploturo.

The results in malaria would be almost incredible, were it not for the repeated reports received from sufferers in China, From Indu, South Africa, and elsewhere. these reports it would appear that one or two doses are generally sufficient to check an attack at the onset.
