My attention has been recently directed to the fact that Representations with respect to the suspension or dismissal from Office of any Officer are frequently made.
I would suggest that in the Regulations it should be clearly stated that Suspension may be made without means of subsistence, leaving the Officer to depend on his Salary, if not stopped, for the support of himself and his family.
