Admiral Sir Arthur Loveson, K.C.B., Commander-in- Chief of the British Naval Forces in the Far East, opened the new Union Jack Club in Shanghai recently. The Club is open to all members of the British Navy and is the re- sult of co-operation between the Stowards of the Ruce Clμl and members of the Shanghai branch of the Navy, League.
