The death la reported of Sir William Edward Goschen. Reuter. [Sir William Edward Goschen was born July 18, 1847. He was educated at Rugby and Oxford and entered the diplematic service an attache in 1800, He served at Madrid, Buenos Aires and Paris up to 1877 and was attached to the Right Hon. G. J. Goschen's special embassy to Constantinople in 1880. In 1885 he was made secretary of the Peking Legation and sorved in the same capacity in Copenhagen In 1888, Lisbon in. 1890, Washington In 1893, and Petrograd in 1894. From 1898 to 1900 he was Envoy Extraordinary at Belgrado, from 1000 to 1005 At Copenhagen, Ambassador at Vienna from 1905 to 1908 and at Berlin from 1908 to the outbreak of the World War in 1914.
