Ordinance for the Protection of Women No. 6 of 1873. - Transmits observations with Report of the Attorney General (H. J. Pearson) on Ordinance No. 6 of 1873.
The Draft Bill for this Ordinance was submitted to The Secretary of State before its second Reading in the Legislative Council, and in accordance with the Earl of Kimberley's instructions, it has been passed without a suspending Clause.
No material alterations have been made in the Bill.
