that the Second Ordinary Yearly Meeting of Shareholders of the Hongkong Engineering & Construction Company Limited, will be held in the Offices of Messrs. Shewan. Tomes & Co, St. George's Building. Chater Road. Hongkong. on Thursday the 10th day of April 1924, at 1200 noon for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Board of Directors and a Statement of Accounts for the Half-year ended on the 31st December 1924, and of electing Directors and Auditors.
