Victoria Station, now divided into two sections by the Brighton and South-Eastern systems of the Southern Railway, is to be re- planned and made, in the course of a year or so, into one great terminus. A first result of the decision was seen in the opening. recently, of a door between the two stations, which have hitherto been conducted on the principle of mutual exclusion
By this change, when the new scheme is carried out Victoris will become one of the finest and second largest, probably the station in London.
