The German diplomatic representatives at Paris and Brussels have been instructed to present a Note declaring that the Rhineland High Commision registered the Ordinances of the so-called Autond- mous Government of the Palatinate, and had done, everything possible to recognise the leaders of this treasonable undertaking as a legitimate administration. The Note, in protesting against this procedure, asks that immediate steps be takes to remedy this state of affairs.-Reuter.

The Little Entente Conference poted with satisfaction the Easing of the Yugo-Slav-Italian situation, wherein a settlement of the Fiume question constitutes the first step: The newspaper Vrez states that the Fiume question can be regarded as definitely settled, and adds that an Italo-Jugo-Slav political agreement is anticipated in Rome and Belgrade-Reuter.
