1. That the Rules of Racing made by the Hoarkong Jockey Club be amended by adding after Rule No. 11 the following Rule:

Meeting 1924 China, Pany is a horse mea- saring 13 hands. S inches and under. That the said Rules of Racing be amended by striking out Bale No. 77 and substituting the fol lowing:
