PEACE PLAN COMPETITION.

Mr. Bok, originator of the world's peace plan competition, says the winning paper will be published on Monday. A referendum begins simultaneously.

Mr. Edward Filere, sell-known Jewish proprietor of a depart- ment store in Boston, has offered fifty thousand dollars as a prize for a European competition for the best plan to secure world peace. Separate contests will be held in England. France and Italy. The competition is similar to that recently initiated by Mr. Bok, a well- known American editor of Dutch extraction, who offered a large prize for a competition in the United States.
