New York, Dec. 13. Justice Wagner of the Supreme Court has signed the order making effective its recent decision requiring Messrs. De Valers, Stuck and Borton to testify against the Free State in the Free State's suit to impiis mocer from local banks deposited in the pame of the Irish Republic.
