January. 1974.

Each tender must be accompanied by a receipt to the effect that} the tenderer has deposited in the Colonial Treasury & sum 6s stated. ja the schedule hereunder opposite to each quarry, as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer. which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if the tenderer refuses to carry out of his tender and comply} with the conditions hereinafter contained, should the tender be be accepted.

The Government does not hind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

Forms of tender can be obtained from the Director of Public Works.
