A large acquisition of telrestæres-in'lers in the past two years, at an average of twenty-six pounds sterling per acre, was mentioned by Mr. Strutt when presiding at the annual meeting of the Anglo- Dutch Estates. Mr. Strutt foreshadowed an early 'issue of half a million sterling in debentures and declared that if the price of rubber exceeded eighteen peace the company would hold izself free to abandan further restriction.
