That it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this Company with The Hongkong Hotel Company, Limited, whose-Registered Office is situate at Victoria in the Colony. of Hongkong and with a view thereto that this Company be wound up untarily and that Walter John Hawker, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up with full power to delegate or any of his duties as he in his absolute discretion may think Et for the purpose of appointing a person or Corporation in Shanghai in the Republic of China to act in conjunction with him and under his control and as his Agent for the purpose of carrying out such liquidation.
