Harrisons and Crosfield for the twelve! months ended June 9th shows a net profit of £192,000, to which is added £15,000 brought forward from the previous year, making a total of £237,000. After deducting £137,090 for dividends of six per cent, on the cumulative preference shares and ten per cent. on the preferred ordinary shares, the balance at the credit of profit und oss account is £100,000.
