The Ship is to be sold with all Life-boats. Life-preservers and life buors, deck stores Engine room stores, Commisary, Equip ment, silverware, cutlery, glass- ware, cabin fittings. Mattresses, pillows and linen as they now are on board the vessel.
All Tenderers shall be deemed to have inspected the ship and the Furchaser will take the ship her tackle apparel and furniture and with all faults in the condi- tion in which they lie at the time the Contract for sale is entered into.
