Your Breakfast Coffee will be a real joy-if

you prepare half-and-half with hot, rich Glaxo -the milk with the real English flavour,

Glaxo is the rich milk of British-bred dairy cows from which the water has been removed by the Glaxo Process. This process presents the nourishing solids of the milk in the form of a dry powder, which, packed in a parchment bag inside an airtight sealed tin. comes to you across the seas with all its freshness and Ravour unimpaired. All you have to do is to add boiling water only (a half- pint to three dessertspoonfuls of Glaxo). Mix as much as you require when you require it--the rest will keep for a considerable period, if the tin be kept tightly closed and in a cool place,

When the arms are too thin for Treal beauty regular massage with pure olive oil will, in a few weeks, work wonders in rounding them out. Firat sponge the arms with warm water, dry lightly, then apply the oil, which should be warmed by placing the bottle or jar containing it in a bowl of bot water. Arms that are too plump can be reduced by firm massage with a lotion made by mixing: equal parts of spirits of camphor and rosewater. And, whether the arms be too thin or too plump, they will be greatly improved in shape by exercise with a pair of dumb-bells weighing about 1lb.. each.

Should the arms appear coarse and red, apply an oatmeal lotion every night and sponge in the morning with a little rose water,

to which simple tincture of ben- tzoin has been added in the pro- portion of 20 drops of benzoin to (an ounce of rose water.

To make the oatmeal lotion put | two tablespoonfuls of best coarse oatmeal in three pints of water and boil, very slowly, for two hours, then allow to cool and strain.
