Lady Stubbs on Their Chief Need.
"Our greatest difficulty is a shortage of afficers, which serious- ly handicapá our work. There are one or two companies who want to join us, but we cannot accept them: until matters have improved."
The above statement was made by Lady Stubbs, at Government House on Saturday afternoon, when she presented the Girl Guides with the Prince of Wales' banner.
Made of one of the silk panels of the chair used for the con

A similar presentation was made not long ago by His Excellency Sir Edward Stubbs to the Boy Scouts for the same purpose.
