4th of March I have to
inform you that I will not
object to the expenditure
of $1800 for repairs to
the Channel launch "Blanche", and
$2500 in excess of the estimates for repairing
the road to Shan Ki Wan but you will bear in mind that provision for both
these sums will have to be made in the Supplementary
Estimates.
