This Estimate provides for the repairs necessary to the Praya Wall rendered by the typhoon of the 26th September East. The amount of $ ... which was inserted in Estimate for ordinary repairs having become exhausted, a considerably larger sum is required to restore the wall in places where it has been much injured by the typhoon.
