In requesting Your Lordship to cause the Crown Agents to be requested to furnish this supply, I would suggest reference to the Director General of Prisons in England with a view to obtaining his advice as to the future use of some distinctive article for Gaol clothing suitable for the climate and such as could not, without detection, be employed in any other manner than that for which it was purchased.
