Information on oath of part of the Crew of the late Barque "Asia" foundered in the China Sea.
Syed Allee. I was a Seacunnie on board the late Barque "Asia", which left Penang about the month of May apear for Amoy. The Vessel called in at Singapore for a few hours and continued her voyage on to China - about thirty two days after leaving Singapore we arrived at Amoy; during the voyage we had calm and variable winds; the vessel made much water, we were worked twice every day up to Amoy.
