In accordance with the views expressed by Honorable Mr. King and the Right Honorable the Earl of Kimberley as to the proper objects for which this Fund should be used : a grant being made to cover cost of construction, and the Committee express the hope that the whole subject will engage Your Excellency's early consideration.
