that: No1210 Private Schward Jones
born in the Parish of Bolton in or near the Town of Bolton in the County of Lancaster was enlisted at Bolton for the 10th Regiment on the 7th April 1864 at the age of 20 years. The Service he is entitled to reckon is 7 years and 335 Days, towards the completion of his First term of limited engagement 5 years 144 days towards Pension Pay
That he is discharged in consequence of his having been adjudged an insane Criminal.
