Extraordinary General Meeting of the abare Company will be held at the offices of Messrs. Shewan Tomes & Co., the General Managers of the said Company. St. George's Building. Victoria, Hongkong, on Thursday the 14th day of December 1922, at 11 o'clock i the forenoon. when the sunjoined resolutions will be proposed as ordinary resolutions, viz:—

That the authorised Capital of the Company (which is now $1,000,000 consisting of 200,000 shares of the nomiral valce of $5 each the whole of which have been issued) be. increased to $2,000,000 by the creation of 200,000 additional shars of the anminal value] of $5 each ranking (subject) as hereinafter mentioned) for dividend and in all other; respects pari passu with the shares constituting the Com pans's present issued Capital 2.
