2. If any boat is engaged after 6 pm. and works during the night, a day's hire shall ba paid and no extra pay for night work shall be male in this case, 3. Half a day's pay shall be paid for a boat engaged but not used.

4. A fraction of a day shall' be paid for as a full day.

5. When the black Typhoon Signal is hoisted all boats ander bite shall be towed to shelter at the expense of the hiter. Work resumed after the Sigoal is lowered shall be at the rate agreed on when hired. L

6. The above agreements may be waived by mutual consent of! parties concerned.
