London, June 24. Marine underwriters are most interested in two shipping judg ments by the King's Rench. In a case concerning scuttled Greek steamers, it was decided that though the scuttling was fraudulent the owner had no claim, because the ordinary Lloyd policy does not cover risk of scuttling. Yet if the ship were mortgaged to innocent mortgagees the latter could recover from the underwriters.
