CONDITIONS OF LICENSE.
+ 71 1627 731. This License shall cease and become void upon the death of the Licensee or in case he shall cease to reside in the Colony or transfer this License to or permit the same to be used by any other Person.
2. The Surveyor General may revoke this License at any time by giving One Month's Notice of such revocation to the Licensee, and in every such case the
Licensee shall be entitled to a return of a proportionate part of the License Fee for the unexpired term of the License.
3. Notice in the Hongkong Gazette of the Revocation of this License shall be sufficient in all cases where personal notice cannot be effected.
4. This License does not grant permission to erect buildings of any kind. For this
purpose reference must be made to the Surveyor General stating what kind of structure it is intended to erect.
5. This License is not transferable.
