Subject to Your Lordships' approval, therefore, I have abolished the title of Paymaster, and have sanctioned the post of 1st Clerk, Mr Collage, and the 2nd Clerk, Mr Blackwood, drawing an increase of £50 each on their former rate of Salary.
This is in accordance with the Estimates for this Year and I trust will be duly sanctioned.
