Japanese Merchant Attacked

CREW BEFORE THE COURT. A Japanese coal merchant named Komurs, of Connaught Road, was the prosecutor in a case beard by Mr. J. B. Wood at the Magistra yesterday, in which the three mam- bers of the crew of the motorboat Walla Walls No. 5, were charged with wounding with intent to maim. und alternatoly with assault.

The facts were outlined by Mr. Macnamara. The complainant is principal of the firm of K. Komura and Co., Coal Merebunt, Connaughi Road. About midnight on the 4th inst., he bounded the Walla Walla No. 3 at Blake Pier for the purpose al proceeding to the Anshin Maru, fer which he had the ageury in Hongkong and which arrived here with a consignment of coal.
