81-91 of the Indian Code - (see my Abstract (6)) but a Clause should be inserted to meet the Case of a Defendant absconding after Judgment - Section 267 might be easily altered to this Effect.

These Sections call for no remark and are all very useful.

I recommend the Substitution of Sections 99-106 of the Indian Code:- Sections 276-279
These Provisions are very good and appear in Chapter XIV. of my Abstract.
Sections 280-283
I have retained these Sections but have placed 280 - 281 in Chapter I (10). Additional Clauses should be inserted referring to Forms to be appended to the Code, and Empowering the Court to make Rules
