I think sub-section 3 of Section 261 should be struck out and the rest of the Section and the following Section amended accordingly. The Remedy in the Case provided by Subsection 3 should be by Foreign Attachment. And it cannot be retained as it militates altogether with Section 260 which is taken from Section 38 of the Shanghai Rules.

This Provision calls for no remark.
