Inquiry to summon any other person whom

The language of Section 186 disposes of the conflicting Decisions as to whether "cause of Action" means the whole cause of action or merely the Breach of Contract giving rise to the Action (see Jackson & Spittall 5 Law Rep. C.P.542 Durham I Spence 6. Ibid 24. 46) The only other Point which I would mention
occurs in Section 200 as regards the Postponement of the Sale of Lands for twelve months from the date of the Judgment. Perhaps Six months would be a more reasonable limit.
