These Sections from the Shanghai Rules seem to me to deal more satisfactorily with Judgment Debtors than the Indian Code and should, I think, be retained.
Sections 180-185.
These Sections from the Common Law Procedure Act 1854 (and Ordinance No 6 of 1855) are most useful - I cannot find any similar Provisions in the Indian Code for the Compulsory Examination of Garnishees.
