Sections 154-164.
I think it might be better to combine the two subjects of "Judgments" (145-148) and "Decrees and Orders" (154-164) into one, as in the Indian Code (see 183-198). At all events, I would suggest the adoption of Sections 196, 197, and 198 of the Indian Code as to mesne profits and certified Copies of Judgments.
Sections 165 – 172.
The subject of Execution is one of such great importance and has been dealt with in so masterly a style in Chapter IV of the Indian Code that I recommend the adoption of Sections 199 to 272 of that Code (with such slight modifications as may be required) in the place of Sections 165 - 172 of the Draft Ordinance.
