Some Acts contain Provisions giving a remedy in certain cases and defining the Practice and Procedure for obtaining it. Hence the use of the words which I have inserted and underlined "so far as they relate to such Procedure and Practice."
Sections 6 14.
These Sections are taken from the Shanghai Rules - I recommend the substitution of Sections 142 and 143 of the Indian Code.
Sections 15-44.
These Provisions consist of the Summary Jurisdiction Ordinances consolidated- and which I think should be the subject of a separate Ordinance.
Sections 45-51.
The Summary Remedy on Bills and notes appears in my Abstract among the special Suits collected in Chapter XII.
