Interpretation Clause.
This Section would be improved by adopting the Form as nearly as may be If Section 2 of No 1 of 1867.
Section 3.
The saving of the "Jurisdiction" instead of being confined to Prerogative writs might be better expressed by substituting the words "in any respect whatever" for "in respect
of the grant of Prerogative Writs."
