Land Misdirections from 409 of the Summary Jurisdiction in Equity which has been omitted - but I venture with great deference to submit that it would be better to deal with the three subjects of Legislation above enumerated by three distinct Ordinances in the mode I have suggested.
By adopting this plan additional "Summary Jurisdiction Ordinances" in Bankruptcy and in Probate may hereafter be passed without disturbing the Code of Procedure, and I certainly think that each subject of Summary Jurisdiction would be much more conveniently dealt with being a distinct measure as in England by the recent County Court Acts. The Draft Ordinance for the Reconstitution of the Supreme Court provides for the Appointment of one Puisne Judge only. It appears to me that it would be more in accordance with usage that the Court were to consist of a Chief Justice
