As Ponsonby this morning discussed the row of the clauses in the Supreme Court Procedure Car. But until it has been put

into shape it is difficult to say whether the alterations improve the Bill as amended and will do so. Council.-

Ponsonby has undertaken, & Lord Kimberley, during it, to draw up the case with the alteration he proposes, and we can then submit it to the

Collegation Governor & send him to submit it with the Bill there for the consideration. This seems the best plan, & most

likely to secure
