Prague Government Approves Standard Oil Agreement.

The Associated Press correspondent at Prague states that the Cabinet has approved the agreement with the French Standard Oil Company mentioned in the message of the 15th inst., excepting eleven districts, where there are already concessions or State ex ploitation. A Czecho-Slovak company will be formed under ine agreement, in which the Government will be amply represented.
