3HIPYARD PROFIT-SHARINO. In accouncing to the trustees the result of the firm's profit- sharing scheme for 1920, Sir William Gray, bead of Wm. Gray and Co, the well-known ship- builders sad engineers, West Hartlepool, stated 4.262 employes bad qualified to participate sad 919 were disqualified. The per- centage disqualified being 17.73, as compared with 33.91 in the previous year. This indicated a very considerable improvement in time-keeping, though the number participating is mach higher the divisible profit is coo- siderably less, namely, £31,784 against £55,681.
